Nikon Small World Exhibition Opening Reception

Friday, February 3, 2012 - 5:00pm

The Wistar Institute
3601 Spruce Street
Philadelphia, PA 19104

The Wistar Institute Leadership Council invites you to the opening reception of the Nikon Small World exhibition.

Discover the beauty and complexity of life as seen through today’s advanced microscopes.

The world’s best photomicrographers have captured dynamic images that showcase a wide variety of advanced scientific disciplines. The exhibit of winning images from Nikon’s 2011 Small World photography contest gives you a glimpse into a world that most have never seen—the intersection of art and science as viewed through the lens of a microscope.

The Wistar Institute is the only local host of the Nikon Small World exhibition.

This free exhibit is open to the public from February 6 through March 2, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
