The goal of the Inclusive Excellence Seminar series is to highlight the extraordinary work, research and experiences of scientists who advance innovation and inclusion in science.
2023 Series
Dr. Maria Elena Bottazzi is the Associate Dean in the National School of Tropical Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Bottazzi, along with her partner Dr. Peter Hotez, were nominated for the 2022 Nobel Peace Prize for their work to develop and distribute COVID-19 vaccines to people around the world.
