At the 2012 Philadelphia Science Carnival, visitors to our booth got a close-up look at their own cells on our high-powered microscope. Nearly 200 individuals had pictures taken of their cheek cells—known as epithelial cells—that line the interior surface of our mouths. Did you attend?
